There was free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the service in general was terrific!

The hotel was relaxing and fancy, the stuff where very, very nice. The atmosphere created was comfortable. Booked a deluxe quadruple room with an electric kettle, a fridge, and air conditioning. And there were exceptionally comfortable beds.

There’s no reason to complain as this place met all our needs, offering a fancy, trendy vibe at a great price, which made for a really nice stay.

Location close enough to the night market at the roundabout, and a nice park. Also, easy access to Shuei Niou Park. Beautifully designed & neat unit with big bathroom, big balcony, dryers.

I had a great stay at Orange Hotel - Wenhua, Chiayi. the room was very clean and had all the practical appliances I needed. the toilet was well-equipped with toiletries. the location was fantastic, with the night market and good food within convenient walking distance. the hotel also had a large porch where I could relax or have meals. the price was reasonable, and the receptionist was kind and polite. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with free bread and jam. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Chiayi.

I absolutely loved the beautiful decoration of the hotel's common areas. The wooden floors gave the place a warm and cozy atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible and didn't require climbing too many stairs or walking long distances.

I would have loved to see the children working there organize some activities specifically tailored for senior people.

The common area was inviting and made for a great place to relax. Plus, the laundry facilities were top, notch, with high, quality washing machines and dryers. Another thing I appreciated was the breakfast buffet, it had a nice variety of options and catered to different dietary needs.

There were a few downsides, like the lack of attention to detail when it came to housekeeping as the floors were not as clean as expected. the dorm rooms were a bit small and did not have windows which made it seem a bit cramped especially when travelling with others.

Our stay at Orange Hotel - Wenhua was fantastic. The dormitory was impeccably clean and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the city center. We loved the simple breakfast options and the spacious common area. we highly recommend this hotel for its great value and convenience.
